This place definitely scams you and refuses to correct order errors. People place online orders because it is convinient, but all sales are finale. I definitely had to hit em with a charge back.

This company has a long history of working with members of my church, so i assumed it would be a opportunity to continue. The owner was not willing to accept any partial responsibility for the wrong shirt type, and blamed it solely on customer. I will not be turning, and take my future business elsewhere.

12 long sleeve shirts were ordered with an embroidered logo for my Men's Group. When the shirts were picked up there were 12 short sleeve shirts and half of the embroidered logo's "F"'s are "P"'s. When discussed with the owner, not only did she not offer a solution, she said it wasn't her fault or her problem.

If I could give this store zero stars, I definitely would based solely on their online policy. The return/exchange policy is horrible. People order online for convenience. However, if there is a problem with the order, all SALES ARE FINAL. I ordered two shirts (size 14/16) for my son online. When he got home and tried it on, it fit like a size 10/12. My son has a uniform shirt from last year, from a different vendor, thats a size 14/16. There is a total difference in sizes. I can understand why his school possibly chose this vendor because the turnaround time was great. When I picked up the shirts, the employee showed it to me and of course it looked good. She only showed it and did not offer to try it on, which I found out today that it was even an option. But even if he tried it on, it would have been pointless because ALL ONLINE SALES ARE FINAL. Needless to say, the owner/manager kept apologizing and that the school knew about this policy but there was nothing she could or would do about it. I told her that is very disappointing because I have purchased two shirts that he cannot wear and I am out of money. Now, I have to purchase two more shirts. Maybe I am the only one, but I do not have money just to give away. Wear Me Promotions definitely need to reconsider their online policies. I was not in a position to go to the store so I had to order online. I recommend not to order online with this store unless you go and try on the clothes at the store. But that defeats the purpose of ordering online. I am definitely going to speak with my sons school to reconsider using this vendor for future sales. #notahappycustomer
