I thought the place was a good rental company but they are not consistent. They tell you one thing. Then like 10mins later another operator is calling you and saying something else. They dont notate the account. And the Atlanta location specifically had an employee there that was very judgmental and bias towards me for no reason!! Then they said that I didnt report an accident when I was on the phone with them the SAME DAY IT HAPPENED!!!! Like what do you mean!!? Smh took the car back and they hit me with a whole lot of fees!! I cleaned the car before I took it back got charged for that. They told me to bring it in on Monday.. a scheduled day.. and got charged for that.. No consistency or customer service. I would rate the 0 stars go to Hertz or Enterprise but not buggy.

The service is really friendly and inviting. I use uber as my main income but my car was in the shop so I needed a car rental to use for my rides in the meantime. The process was quick and easy and the Malibu I was put in was clean and smelled like "new car" lol overall it was a pleasant process and would do it again if I ever need to.
