I have a very anxious lab and German shepherd mix puppy. He's 9 months old. I scheduled an appointment for 9 am when they didn't have a lot of animals in. I showed up to find out that someone changed my appointment and there would be 5 dogs there.... Not happy about this at all. I cancelled my appointment and I won't take any of my animals back. Not even a phone call to ask me about rescheduling. Seriously unprofessional. The woman in the store however is super friendly and tried so hard to get a groomer there to take care of my baby. If I need to purchase anything I will go see her, but the groomers have lost my business and respect.

This place is decent not my favorite. They're kind of understaffed. Good luck trying to get somebody to help you find something You can literally wander around the store forever and nobody will even ask you if they can help. Then half the time when you're looking for a particular product they don't have it in stock or they just flat out don't carry it what it is the only product you've used for your animals for years it's kind of sucks because then I have to drive 4 miles down the road to their competitor which is probably what I should do in the first place. If they don't step up their game I won't walk back in the store. Frankly I'm not sure why I'm even giving it four stars but that's what I'm doing.
