Highland Tire and Auto Service

Had a screw in my tire on Saturday afternoon at 4 pm. Stopped by. They repaired it in 15 minutes and did not charge me. I will be back.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the WORST experience of my life. They told me (23 year old female) i needed a new transmission, but then when my father called he got a completely different story, then when my mother called they told her they havent even LOOKED at my car, two days after having it towed there. Call after call, they ended telling us they were googling everything. We told them not to touch my car after that and we would have it towed in the morning. Went to pick up the keys and the MANAGER said good luck and LAUGHED. DO NOT EVER GO HERE.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They are not a very honorable business to hire a young man and work him and then say it isnt worth their time to turn in paperwork to pay him for a few days. Frank isnt being a very good manager to run things like this and fire someone when they want their pay. This business is being reported to the BBB and the state along with proof of what happened

Needed an estimate for insurance. Brian and Stephen were extremely helpful and was in and out within the hour. Highly recommend!
