        Got "lied" to about a "15$" credit promo they was doing for renewing your pro membership don't get me wrong the girl was just doing what she was told but the Manger shouldn't be telling her employees to lie about a "15$ " credit you'll get on your account in points when it's only "5,000" points which is about 5$ and they can't even tell you when you'll receive then to your account. the sales manager needs to be retrained and stop liying to push memberships other than that most of them aren't really helpful and somewhat of smartasses asked a simple question about what they had instock got told "that's an easy Google search " like thought the guy worked there was knowledgeable on the products and services they sold apparently to lazy to help .
