        This law firm is terrible. My facility has been trying to talk to the lawyer that is handling a case for a mutual client, for 3 weeks. We never get passed the rude receptionist desk. They constantly state someone will call us back, but they never do. I will never recommend this firm to any of my clients, and my facility will not accept any client dealing with this firm.

      Hilda:I am sorry you had this experience.We keep detailed records of all incoming calls, and our records reflect just one phone call and voicemail from you on 3-22-22.What are the dates of the two other times you called?Did you leave a voicemail each time you called?Is your phone set-up to receive voicemails ?Does your phone have call block?Did you leave a voicemail message with the dates/times you would be available?We have found these things give the apperance that no one is responding, when there has been a response, which can be frustrating for both.I would be happy to have the chance to assist you.Could I call you Tues, April 12 at 2:45 pm?
