        Also wish I could give zero stars. Have made 5 calls and 2 emails in the last month to cancel my account due to continued raising of rates. Yesterday was the 5th call to cancel. The folks are nice but cannot do anything. "The Site will Call you". There is nobody at this location. Super easy to sign up. It's the Hotel California to leave.

        I wish I could give 0 stars. We notified the facility in July 2023 that we were leaving and it would be the last month. I we are still improperly being drafted for storage despite multiple conversations and promises that it will be stopped and the improper drafts refunded. Now we have to go through the route of bank disputes, BBB complaints and legal remedies. Just dont go here.
