Great customer service! Scott went out of his way on a Sunday evening while off the clock to make sure I had my truck ready for the work week. I really appreciate this considering this is how I make my living. You don't find many people who care about customer service anymore. Thanks Penske Gainesville

I Recently rented a 12 truck from this Penske location for 24 hrs. Upon receiving my deposit back I realized there was a HUGE discrepancy in what SHOULD HAVE been returned to me, and what WAS returned to me. I picked up this truck with APPROX. 11,564 mi. on the odometer, and I dropped it off with approx. 11,625 - thats only ~ 61 miles. I knew before renting the truck how many trips we would have to make, and I calculated driving it 40-60 miles. This is what I told the attendant. However, when I called to let them know the deposit returned to me was incorrect, they informed me that the reason it was so much I because I drove the truck 167 miles!! Almost EXACTLY 100 mi. more than I actually drove it. Thats kinda funny, isnt it? Ive been told this will be corrected so I suppose we will see. Be VERY WARY renting a truck here and TAKE A PHOTO OF THE MILEAGE! I wish I had instead of just writing it down. Not very honest people at all apparently.
