        Updated to add that it has now been four days and still no contact other than a reply to our Google review. We scheduled a service call while out of town but still reachable. Were told we would get a $69 service charge and a call to approve additional charges. We were never called and were charged over $700 for less than 90 minutes work with parts that were on the truck (no special needs or access for our job). Since then, no one is returning our repeated calls and emails nor can they show us justification for this exorbitant charge. This is unacceptable from any service company and we are extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and clarity plus an enormous charge.
