        Telephone service is awfull and inresponsible. Stuff doesn't care anything. Staying on the line 20 min during the normal business hours after my question, put on the hold another 23 min and never get back Finally they hung up the f...phone!

        I just upgraded my 2016 Prostar to a 2021 Volvo 860 and so far I'm extremely happy with my decision. I worked with the GM, Seth Norman, and he made it a very enjoyable experience. I felt at ease when interacting with him. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. I was able to test drive the truck for as long as I wanted and just really took my time before making my final decision on making the purchase. I requested that a few minor things be done to the truck before I took possession of it. He assured me that none of my requests were unreasonable and that everything would be done as I asked. Since it was getting late in the day, and the truck wouldn't be ready until the next day, Seth took care of my accommodations for the evening. The next day I met with salesman, Caleb Keadle, and he made sure that all of the paperwork was finalized. Caleb was a very nice guy and easy to talk to as well. Very accommodating. I also interacted with Yolanda, from the front office for a little bit while I was there. She was also very helpful. I even had the opportunity to speak with Chris, the technician who serviced the truck. He was able to provide me with some very informative information, considering that this was my first Volvo. I felt that he was extremely insightful concerning my truck. Overall I had a great experience at Vanguard Truck Centers in Savannah and would definitely recommend.
