I had been having issues with my phone for months (Since January!) . I had visited another Verizon as well but unfortunately, the issue wasn't resolved. However, after a visit to this Verizon this past week all my issues with my phone were sorted and resolved. Specifically, Amber S. did a great job assisting me and my dad in the process of fixing my phone. Despite her being on the phone for nearly an hour and a half with Verizon customer service, she stuck it out and was very patient/ great at assisting us! As well as the other woman she was working with this past Thursday was kind to us while we were waiting (I didn't catch her name). I came back later this weekend to get help with my SIM card as well and Dariana was very helpful in the whole process. She was multitasking while being attentive to my needs. As well as answering random questions/concerns we all had (Whether they were all relevant or not lol). Although my phone acting up was frustrating originally, I was glad to have interacted with all of these Verizon specialists who made this originally stressful situation turn out way better. While waiting all the specialist(s) had great music playing while they were working (which was nice to listen to during the wait). They are all great workers and conversationalists who helped this whole ordeal turn out into a great experience. While helping me and my family's concerns feel truly listened to and greatly assisted. Thank you to all of these specialists!

Kayla was very helpful, very respectful and was extremely patient. I appreciated the assistance and I know that everytime I come to see her she is willing and able to help. Her service is highly recommended!!!

Very poor customer service. Thanks to this store's lack of communication or attempt to resolve an unknown issue with an online order, an order that should have taken minutes to complete is still not complete after several hours of trying to get it handled. A moment to have respect for other people's time can go a long way when it comes to customer relations.
