Guardian Plumbing is an amazing family-owned business that was a LIFESAVER when woke on a Monday morning to find that not only was there no hot water, but the water heater had flooded our basement. We called Guardian and they were on top of the job immediately. When we called the office Lacy answered and was SO helpful. She first called a remediation company for us to have them come out right away and rip up the carpet and padding to ensure no damage spread. She was able to talk to us about all of our options and the price of each. Once we narrowed down our choices, Mike took the time to weigh the pros and cons of each unit. We were on the fence about putting in tankless. Mike spent a great deal of time speaking with us about the newest tankless models and how efficient they are. I can tell you, I had 20 questions, literally. Having 6 kids, an unlimited supply of hot water is imperative! They came out the next day and installed our new system in only a few hours. Ultimately we went with the tankless system and were thrilled with our choice. The entire crew was so friendly and informative! Oftentimes having to find a company to complete a big project can be scary when its not a purchase you make every day. I can tell you, each step of the way Guardian had top-notch communication. They truly understood we were making a large investment in our home and made us feel secure that their company was the best choice. I have told everyone I know how fantastic our experience was. We will use Guardian for all of our plumbing needs from now on. Rest assured, you cant go wrong hiring Guardian to safeguard your plumbing projects!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Guardian Plumbing! We had two different issues going on at the same time and they came out and took care of them both quickly, efficiently, and for a great price. We had a sewer pipe that got disconnected in our backyard and was leaking all over. We also had a bathtub drain that was stuck closed and wouldnt drain. The Guardian team was super responsive and got us scheduled immediately. Day of service, they called to let us know they were on the way (super awesome when you have a busy schedule) and were right on time! They quickly assessed our issues and got right to work. They finished in far less time than I expected and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. All in all, we couldnt have had a better experience. We will never use another plumbing company again! Two thumbs WAY up!
