    Kudos for the employees in this store. Each one of them pitched in to help me get the parts I needed this past Wednesday 3/20/24. Thanks to all of you for your dedication to customer service. As a reference I went to NAPA for a particular need I have always gotten there Friday . The mgr and service desk were awful. Mgr just looked like he would rather be fishing. After the change a couple of years ago plus the experience I had Advanced is my parts store now.

    Ive called store 6 times with no answer. I just had left there and seen at least 3 guys putting things away. Cmon. Its 5:00 and dont close until 9. Cant anyone answer the phone. Leaving business on the table. Guess I will call Napa down the street.

    I've been a loyal customer to another store for years but that changed just the other day. I needed a socket for oil pressure switch and I found it online. When I called the store I was told it had to be ordered and it would take 5 days including the weekend since this was Friday. I explained that my customer needed her car and that's when he told me this. "I can have it Monday morning if you pay $12 shipping. That's when I called Advance and was told they would have it Saturday morning. It did cost 2 more dollars but Hey, what the heck is $2 compared to waiting 4 more days and paying $12 more. Advance Auto Parts became my new go-to store right then and that's what I told them at the counter when I picked up my part, the next morning GO ADVANCE!!!!!!

    I ordered some items online. They did not give me the option to in-store a ship. They put half my order at the store and shipped one product. I called to ask for a refund and they would not give it to me. I would never ever ever recommend AutoZone have very bad customer service.
