        I really like my appt and the location. Having Wi-Fi and cable included in rent and my cell bill lowered to 45.00 versus 130.00 is very nice However the fees are a bit outrageous. They claimed to waive my application and admin fees but charged me 150.00 for a community fee at move in lol.. Theres also a 200 cleaning fee at move out even if you leave your unit clean. The valet trash seems messy. I dont like seeing or smelling trash. Id prefer it was only allowed during early morning and otherwise not allowed to keep containers or trash out at doors. My next door neighbor left her piled up trash out the entire weekend while no service is provided. Instead of just taking it to the compactor.b I can say Camden Mngt did get on it right away. The service is extremely top notch. Text to leasing is so nice. They respond right away and if you need a repair or have any issue. Its handled immediately. Very clean grounds too.

        Hi. I just moved into my apartment at Camden Shiloh. I absolutely love it here! Shaylah, in the front office, is amazing! She really assisted me with everything needed to acquire the apartment. Thank you Shaylah and other staff for helping me to get to my home sweet home.

        I have lived in many different apartment complexes and I think its safe to say this has been the best one. My apartment is nice and so are all of the amenities. The staff are also incredibly kind and helpful. I love it here!
