        10 stars for Chad's exceptional service today! Chad not only took my car immediately to install the parts I bought, but he also charged me less than he originally quoted! He checked my tire pressure which was too high (my fault, in a way) and lowered the pressure to a safer level. He even gave great advice to my husband abroad. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outstanding service from Express Oil & Tire (and more) today! Highly recommend.

        Express Oil Change, Kennesaw, GA - Shiloh Square has become my go to for my truck maintenance and tires. The customer service is fantastic. They are not pushy and honest with you. They had multiple opportunities to upsell me and didnt. Chad is great to work with! He answered all my questions and I felt he did his best to treat me as he would himself. Very customer centric. Thanks for all your help and Ill see you guys at the next oil change and tire rotation!
