The absolute best in town. Staffing are so friendly and welcoming. The doctor is very gentle and easy to work with. I literally drive from my city to this location just to work with them. I've had an extraction and root canal done here as well as a crown placement. Top-not service . I don't give it a four out of five because it's always room to grow more .

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I broke a tooth and schedule an emergency appointment at the Kennesaw location. I purchased their $35 annual membership plan which covers your first visit and X-rays. The staff was friendly but the hygienist was anything but hygienic. She had gloves on but she touch everything but the floor. She proceeded to open the sanitized dental tools and reached to touch my lips. I pulled away and asked if she would change gloves and get a new set of tools. If not for the pain, I would have walked out then. After being examined by the hygienist, I meet with a technician and the dentist. I was told that I needed a deep cleaning and the dentist provided a plan to remove and replace the tooth. I was sent to the checkout counter to discuss pricing, $5k. I applied for Care/Credit financing and scheduled the first available appointment. The only date available was 3 days later. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told that the dentist had gone for the day. The internet and phone service was down and they were unable to provide any service. Over the next two days, I made several attempts to contact the office. Finally, I was forced to find another dentist to extract the broken tooth. This is where it gets worse. I discovered that the Care/Credit account was charged $3,300 for services that were never rendered. Im currently working with the finance company to remove the charges. Sadly, I still havent received a phone call, email, or any other form of communication, from Aspen Dental. Buyer Beware!

Made an appointment for a chipped tooth and made it clear I was only in town for work when on the phone. When I arrived, every single person I talked to asked if I was there for a cleaning. They apparently don't make notes or read any of the patient forms. The dentist finally walked in (2 hours after appt time) and immediately said I needed a root canal without even looking. Then when looking in my mouth said "oh, it's not that bad. You just need a crown." She then berated me for coming in, saying she couldn't fix it today and I should have known that. How? I'm not a dentist. She was abrasive and rude. Worst experience I've ever had and I won't be continuing as a patient with Aspen after this. Don't recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental. I would highly recommend this place.
