Can't sing enough praises for Dr. Duncan and his staff. Dr. Duncan always provides outstanding exceptional care and everyone in the office is professional and truly cares about patient comfort.

I never post public comments but I want the community to know how impressed I am with Dr. Duncan and his team. Dr. Duncan and the entire staff at Brookpointe Dental are awesome. I have always received excellent care and outstanding customer service from everyone at the facility. Recently I bit my tongue very severely and was in a lot of pain. Dr. Duncan was able to see me the same day I called and provided the feedback I needed to ensure my tongue would heal and set an action plan in place to help prevent any infections.

The front desk staff is very rude every time I go in there! I'm not going to continue to give my money to a place where this keeps happening and where  I don't feel appreciated!!!! I was once a loyal customer but not since they've hired new staff. I wish this place the best of luck though! They also take your money up front when you have anything done so just to inform you of that. They don't wait for the bill to come in! Lol I guess they need their money up front due to Covid and businesses are struggling so I get that. I wish this place the best of luck, but I won't be going back there!! Also, if you have an appointment and you don't  cancel within 24 hours they make you pay $100 fee!!

Dr. Duncan and his staff are stellar! I have always received friendly, professional care for myself and my family. He has a pain free way of caring for your teeth and creates a calm environment for your procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Duncan!
