I had a wonderful first experience at Baker Rd Dental Care this week. I chose BRDC for their location and insurance purposes but was thrilled with the service and care the team showed me. Their process is very easy and the staff is incredibly nice. They were communicative about what they were doing, the next steps, and what my options for treatment were. Couldn't be happier.

The folks here are super sweet, thorough, and fast. They treated my daughter and me with such kindness and went out of their way to make us comfortable. My daughter was terrified and left saying, "They're proof that all of the other dentists we've been to were just sadistic." They are highly recommended and much appreciated. I think my daughter may even go back without me forcing her into the car this time!

They did work that was covered under our insurance, yet we were charged quite a bit of money for 1/2 the work and work that should have been covered under our insurance plan.
