Hampton Inn Atlanta-Town Center/Kennesaw

We had a great stay for the one night we had booked. Clean hotel, good free breakfast and close to the highway. Target right next door for anything you might need.

We stayed here about a month ago and it was a delight, the staff was great, the service was great, the room was clean, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Last night we returned and it was good. The general staff was friendly, but the staff at the front desk both checking in and checking out seemed a bit flustered and out of sorts.

Well let's start with if I could leave a zero I would. We stopped here on our way back to Michigan after a cruise. I was violently ill I needed somewhere just to lay down. After a night of fevers you need a shower . The water was shut off around 10:30 am because of a leak in the hotel. The water did not come back on till around 1 or 1:30. The amount of phone calls and people harassing us to leave was ridiculous. Next time be understanding of a late check out if you can't provide the services we paid for. Could even use the bathroom or flush. I was so sick vomiting every 15 min. I couldn't believe this was a Hilton. I'm so disappointed.
