        I hired this company to move my daughter. There was an issue with a bar stool, that has been solved but a shoe rack that was damaged. I was supposed to hear back from the Boss on Tuesday.Last Tuesday and he never called about my damage. Furthermore, I was overcharged, but had to wait because his truck broke down. Dont use this company. Ever!

        I moved out today and want to leave a review because I had such an awesome experience!!! They were efficient, personable, kind and careful! Nothing was damaged and all of my items were treated as if it belonged to them. The owner himself went out of his way and helped move me out when I gave a short notice of needing help moving! I will be using this company again!!!

        Just as promised, the 2 movers were very professional, fast, and careful. NOTHING was broken!! They actually KNOW how to move people! We always hope to never move again, but if I do, I WILL call RnR!

      Hey Felicia, I'm so sorry that one of your items were damaged. We have only received a picture of the damaged item. Please send us an email with description ( brand name, where purchased and purchase price ) and your claim will be handled promptly. Also, I see that your follow up call is on the schedule for this Tuesday instead of last. The truck did break down on the way to your job so I (owner) picked up the driver, located a rental truck, transferred equipment and met them at the job with an extra helper. We supplied a 4 man crew to compensate for being late. You paid for the original 2 man crew. I do not see where you were overcharged. I look forward to our call on Tuesday. Thanks, Russell
