Pell Plumbing was incredibly responsive and David provided outstanding service. He was prompt and patiently answered all of our questions. We trust Pell they have always been honest and thorough. On the good side they were on time. On the bad side... they said they could not remove the old faucet valve without seriously damaging it. So, I ordered the parts they were going to remove and replace. They then came back out and said that I would have to order the whole unit, which costs about $400. They said they would then replace that unit for about $250. I told them to leave and contacted another plumber who used the parts I originally ordered to fix the problem. Instead of paying over $600 to have Pell fix the problem, I paid the new plumber $188 to both fix the faucet and install two new shutoffs below the sink. Service: Faucet repair
