JINYA Ramen Bar - Kennesaw

Update: I havent been here for a while, my rice was very dry and hard. The rice is one of the important things in a poke bowl. So I docked a star off.. First time: I come to Boru for their poke bowls. I love the fact that they give you so many choices of what you would like in it. I always get 4protein option and I make mine all spicy tuna. I'm from Hawaii.

First time trying Boru and it was delish! Broth was very flavorful without being salty, ramen was not overcooked, fresh veg was nice and I was able to sub the bamboo shoots out for another veg...I will be back and I recommend it! Vegetarian options: Veggie broth option to build your own bowl.

The ramen was devoid of flavor, you had to add almost 3oz of soy sause and Sriracha ( because that is the only thing they have on hand for you to add) before you even began to taste anything. The bento box wasn't quite as bland how ever for the price it was rather small portioned. As for the other items on the menu I can't speak on since I didn't try them considering I was already $40 deep. My suggestion steer clear of this place if you are looking for good ramen!
