        This location has no idea what they are doing. I've never been more disappointed and unhappy filing taxes. What's even more upsetting is that the clowns are charging me $700 in fees and I got a unlicensed newbie who had no idea what they are doing. Took 4 hrs to file a simple return! I called to have them pull my return back from the e center and they didn't even though I called 3 different times and today got told my return has already been accepted. So now I will have to amend my return! Bunch of ignorant monkeys!
