Tender Hands Private Homecare

Adequate in-home care but I cannot recommend the customer service on any level from the front office. Their tactics were rude, accusatory, and uncaring in the aftermath of the passing of our loved ones. We have tried to have multiple conversations regarding the final bill that we have every intention of honoring but unfortunately they talk more than they listen. This was most distressing. Our family would not recommend this company.

My mother was paralyzed and stroke patient. I availed the tender hands home care services from a while. I am very satisfied with the services and official staff. They have been very understanding not just professionally but showed great understanding in catering individual's requirements. The best part is I could arrange everything on phone. Thanks guys keep up the great work!

At the last minute I needed home care service for my wife and I didn’t know where to start but Tender Hands was out the same day and even assisted us I finding financial assistance to pay for her care.

Tender Hands is the WORST care giver facility to EVER assist an elderly person to !! The staff is so rude and on top of that, Karen , the owner does a very poor job at taking care of her clients. She is in it for the money only , she is not equip for the job she does ! I would NOT recommend this , don’t let them fool you into taking your money. The clients will tell you themselves she doesn’t really care for or take care of them ! If you’re going to work for the elders you should give them all of your care and attention and not just do it for a weekly paycheck.
