We book Elite Charter Party Bus Rental Service for a Wedding and our bachelorette party. The groomsmen used Elite Charter Mercedes-Benz sprinter rental service , and our family and guest used Elite Charter Atlanta Airport service there was no issues , communication was perfect , drivers were courteous, we definitely will use service again

Thank You Elite Charter . We are visiting from Denver for my Brothers Birthday. We rented the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with the A Driver to vista Augusta . Service was punctual , professional, and safe. Very satisfied I highly recommend.

I am so disappointed and sincerely regret booking this company for a shuttle service for my sisters wedding. I am giving 2 stars solely because it was a last minute booking and they were able to accommodate and were very helpful (at first). My sisters wedding was at 6:30- however, you have to book a minimum of 3 hours. I just needed my guests brought from the hotel to the venue. I booked the shuttle from 5-8, again only because I had to book 3 hours. I spoke to someone over the phone and explained this in detail. He gave me the number to the driver, David, who I also explained this to. They both seemed to understand that I wanted the shuttle going back and forth from hotel to venue starting at 5 up until right before the wedding started, which again was at 6:30. At 5:20, the driver told me he had 2 guests in the shuttle. I suggested he go ahead and take them assuming it was immediate family wanting to get their early (it was!) my 2 relatives arrived around 5:40. He was then supposed to return to the hotel and get the rest of the guests. Several, and I mean SEVERAL (at least 20) of my guests said they waited for at least 20 minutes and unfortunately had to resort to finding other rides. My brother and his girlfriend got on the shuttle when it arrived later. They both told me it was about 6:15 and the driver left the vehicle and did not return for quite some time. Therefore, my own brother was late to our sisters wedding. There was also a train delay, but had the driver left on time, this would not have been an issue... when I texted the manager about my disappointment, he refused to believe me. He also insisted that the shuttle made 3 trips. I had a security guard watching for the shuttle and it had only arrived twice.. the manager then tells me that the third trip was made at 6:45...And that there was no passengers!!! Which OF COURSE their wasnt because the wedding began at 6:30. I had told BOTH of them over the phone, I told the driver this over text, AND I sent it in the email when I made the original booking. I was so upset and the manager argued with me throughout my sisters wedding. My brother in law paid OVER A GRAND $$ for this service, only for them to bring FOUR people to the wedding. They did redeem themselves after the wedding was over, but I sincerely think that my brother in law should be refunded at least a portion of what he paid due to the ridiculous lack in ability to execute the instructions given and that was given to them 4 different times, as well as the insane lack of professionalism that was portrayed following the nightmare that occurred between 5 and 6:45. All they had to do was drive for 1 of the 3 hours that were paid for. It was very disappointing and I will not recommend to anyone, especially if a partial refund is not issued.
