I ask if a notary was there today, the teller( Carla)says yes and goes to ask the women behind the desk(Jennifer) if she is available. The Jennifer tells Carla the desk says she has an appointment at 4pm available. Then says she has a 1pm appointment with some but if they dont show then she could notarize my document. Its 11:44 am. The thing that gets me is that while I was standing online I could here the Jennifer calling people asking if they have a moment to talk or if she should call back later. So you mean to tell me you could not stop doing that to notarize ONE sheet of paper. I used to come to this branch when a nice elderly women did notary. If someone was in her chair she would say ill be with you right after im finished with this person. Its very hard finding someone to notarize documents. The institution where im banking offers this service to me as a customer. But I can't have it done cause Jennifer is cold calling people.
