I ordered coffee to grab otw to work and they did not make any iced coffee so they couldnt provide the product they already took my money for. I got a refund but the idea is you stop on the way to work and get a coffee quick not THIS. Its not a hard job. The machine does it for you you just have to fill it with beans and hit ON.

Updating my review because this truly is the best dunkin Ive ever been to. Whenever I go to my bfs house an hour away, Im always so sad that I cant go to my usual dunkin. The food is ALWAYS better (and actually freshly heated up) here and the drinks and the people are always so nice. I wish I knew the names of all the lovely people working here so I could give them the cred they deserve. Not to mention, Ive been going to this dunkin for years so the staff has changed a lot over time so you can tell management here is above and beyond. I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience here that wasnt easily fixed.

language barrier - They never give me what I order and what they have charged me for. When I asked for refund they refused because it was a reward purchase instead of just giving me another coupon. When I clarified the issue the were too apprehensive to own up to their error due to language barrier
