The rooms are infested with roaches, the room I received had a foul odor emitting from the air conditioning unit, the water was too hard it stripped my hair, and it was undrinkable. Also the house cleaning will into your room when you're not there...

My recent stay at Budgetel Inn and Suites in Lilburn had its pros and cons. On the positive side, the room was reasonably clean and had the basic amenities. The staff was polite and responsive to my inquiries.
However, there were some drawbacks. The overall maintenance of the property seemed lacking, and the Wi-Fi signal was weak in my room. The noise levels from neighboring rooms were occasionally disruptive, affecting the overall comfort of my stay.
While the price was competitive, it's essential to weigh the cost against the compromise in certain aspects. Budgetel Inn and Suites, Lilburn could improve by addressing these issues to provide a more consistent and enjoyable experience for guests.

Waiting for as of now 3+ hours to get any one from the hotel to help get into the room that has been paid for . The door isn't working that allows us to get in . We as well as two others are unable to get anyone to respond to any of the calls to the hotel as well as the security number that have posted in the office window ,no response ,only to learn there isn't any security here like posted from hours of 8 pm thru 4Am,no one!! It's cold ,I can't
get to my food . Police have contacted the owner to get someone here and we are still sitting waiting outside and no one is showing up .
