Marquis Floors did a great job with our floors. Terri was professional, friendly and helpful. She made sure all of our concerns were addressed and made sure we were happy. I would highly recommend Marquis Floors.

June 2022 I contacted the Marquis Floors and spoke with Todd and scheduled estimate and selection of lvp flooring and carpet to be installed in my home.
Communication with Todd was good, we had a few hiccups, they were worked out. I was put on the schedule and then the carpet was laid down by one crew then the lvp flooring was laid down by another crew.
Initially, when the lvp flooring was done, it looked beautiful and I was pleased. I thought it was laid down properly and I could look forward to years of beautiful flooring in my home. Unfortunately, this proved to be untrue, the flooring has started separating and leaving large and small gaps between the flooring. I had a private contractor to look at it and I was told the crew should have laid down a board to level the floor before laying it down and it would not be separating like this.
The carpet crew did not do the best job of laying the carpet down (the seams were very visible and crooked), but, I let it go. I really struggled with writing this review, I did not won't to write a negative one, but my experience was negative not positive.
Truly disappointed and hurt by this experience with the company. The only reason I'm writing the review at this time (2024) is my floors now look horrible and separated tremendously and appear to continue to separate. The carpet visible/crooked seams don't make me happy either. This was a big investment for me and I
thought I would have years of happiness with my purchases.
Side note: my previous carpet lasted for many years and the carpet crew Marquis sent over could not find the seams because they were so well done. The reason I did not use that company, sadly, they closed down.
I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

I love my new carpet. Excellent from start to finish. Gave me excellent assistance in finding the best carpet for my needs. Installation was fast and looks perfect. Highly recommend. This is my 2nd time using this company. We installed LVP flooring in another part of our house 6 years ago. It's perfect for us and still looks new.

Terri was very helpful selecting samples and assisted us brining it out to the car . Many gorgeous selection we have as options. Free estimates and sample pick up(they are not light). The bigger samples are from Marquis. Doggy likes them.
