        Called and told them I had glass and just needed it installed in the shower. A week later a technician came out to do measurements and said he would be back in touch shortly. Later that week - no one had called - so I reached back out during business hours and was told there wasn't anyone that could help me. Called again on Monday and was told they do not install other people's glass and that the technician told me that. That is 100% a lie. Wasted two weeks just trying to get a quote.

        Unorganized. It's been almost a month and I have been in and out few times I placed an for order couple glass shelves. At first they said they are behind in orders on second time they said that they are low on staff and the third time they promised me they have put a rush order and it should be done and I can pick it up by 29th July.
