        I shopped at the store four times and have never been offered help. The system of filing samples isnt user-friendly. Today I just left without making a planned purchase.

        I visited the Sherwin-Williams store to get another gallon of paint that I had used previously in a bedroom that needed touching up. The employee who helped me was very personable and helpful, and I was able to easily get what I needed.
