Mavis Tires & Brakes on Pleasant Hill Road...book somewhere else! I called 20 minutes before I arrived. Nichole told me that I did not need to make an appointment for tire balancing and (if I got there within the hour) it would only take 30 minutes....2-1/2 hours later!
Really!! First off, why did you tell me that it only takes 30 minutes? Short staffed, only 1 technician on duty and every customer that came in was given a bogus completion time...what? She didn't even pull my car into a bay until 1-1/2 had passed-AND I had to ASK what the problem was before that was done!
Very disappointed in the wait time! Customer service is KEY! If you're running behind, it helps to inform your customers. Instead, she avoided them by staying in the shop area. I actually had to peek my head in and ask for an update.....WHY? Lost a good customer....I would have chosen zero stars if I could have.
I WILL NEVER visit this location again!

Horrible service and they lie.
I took my car to change 1 tire and they quoted me a price. They promised me they would change it first thing in the morning if I dropped off at nigh and I would get it by 9am the next day.
1. They forgot they had it and didn't start till afternoon the next day
2. When I went to pay they influence the price. They asked me to call the corporate office to get it fixed. Corporate obviously Has no one answering.
Scammers, stay way

Josh was very helpful. He gave me a better understanding on how the camber works on my BMW 335i, he took real good care of me the employee there are very helpful . I will recommend anyone to get there tire alignment done.
