It's been almost a month since I submitted a maintenance request for the water leakage on the kitchen floor. Despite contacting the office via phone and in person repeatedly, though the maintenance team visited many times, the problem has not been fixed yet. I hope the management will soon take care of it as it's disturbing to have a wet kitchen and a bad smell due to constant moisture.

DONT MOVE HERE!
Ive been at these apartments for a decade now. It was called Cambridge Heights Apartments when I first moved here. Theyve changed the name twice. This complex is INFESTED with roaches to the point where pest control does no justice. Theres constant theft, gunshots, and death in this complex. In my opinion these apartments need to be torn completely down and added to just be an extension of the cemetery thats across the street. The maintenance men are useless. Furthermore, things that this apartment complex advertises like the gym and pool are never open or utilized. They keep the neighborhood looking nice on the outside but being that most that live here are on section 8 they dont care about the health and well-being of those that live here. Those that arent on section 8 are paying high rent to live in a trash can. Dont move here. Many have died in these apartments dont say I didnt warn you.

The maintenance crew checked for water for leaks so I can rest that the escalation in my water bill is not due to leaks. Thank you. The crew was also knowledgeable and friendly as always.
