This is a Safe, Quiet, and Clean Community! Plus, The Office Staff is friendly, professional, and reliable. I have no complaints and I've been here now for 3 years! Not to forget that the Property Manager, Maria Erazo has done a Great Job! I can see the improvements to the property since the current office staff has been here. Thank You!

They had such a severe mold problem that it caused me to almost die 5 times the first year I lived here and then they raised rent by 300. The management doesn't really address an issue until its a liability. Stay away. There's much better living in Avondale estates.

I have been living in Walden Brook apartments for about 4 months. When I walk though the apartment I saw that there were roaches in the tub. They told me that it would be taken care of. Since then the roaches have still plagued my apartment along with gnats. (What fun). To make matters worse my car was vandalized in this gated community with cameras resulting in damages that have to be added to my monthly expenses. Im not really sure what me the roaches and the gnats are going to do. Pretty sure they will try to hitch a ride on my brand new furniture wherever I move to next. Wish me luck. Update: I am now currently being Forced to stay in a lease where my apartment is being overrun from roaches due to my Neighbor I have tried to reach out to corporate with no response nothing is being done by the rental office. They say that theyre spraying in the situation is getting worse listed or photos of roaches in my home.
