    I had my car at this shop for 2 YEARS with an idiling, electiecal and over heating issue So no contact for months at a time, until I showed up to clean my car to get my things out of it because I counted it as a lose. I had to break down and get another vehicle. But he says it makes fault for not following up. His wife says don't call him all the time because he can't take every call So he does well with shift blaming and puts it on me to be chasing him and my tail. Customer service is out the window when his wife is at the front desk! Wife arguing with customers that's the first no no. Shop owner takes the side of the wife and tells me that I'm making up stories about my own vehicle to twist my words. Upon the blow up. He then tells me that he put 2 engines in my car. Did I get a phone call... NOPE. That was new news to me! Communication is HORRIBLE! I got a call early Saturday morning and then a follow up just to know that I still needed things done to my vehicle. They wanted me GONE! She rung me up without saying a word and just put the square payment in frontnof me not knowing what I was about to do because of the bitterness and unprofessionalisnm of the arguing in front of another shop patron. Who stepped outside and said, she thought she was the only one to deal with this type of treatment. Upon being called to say that my car is ready this time...shop owner was on the phone. Didn't speak to me as I've been a customer for 4 years! He and his wife closes the shop with laughing and cackling like nothing ever happened. I finally pick up my car after supposedly replacement of an engine and spark plugs and other parts that I wasn't genoursounly charged for...just to come home with my car still idiling, oil on my spark plugs (2 years ago issues) and payed $2886. My wires look the same to me....After being charged another $100 plus dollars... And on top of that I had to break down and buy a battery for my car that still doesn't run right. No empathy...Just to be like oh well. But I'm sure when I go back Monday to ask why after paying all of this money is there oil on my spark plugs, he will conjure up an answer and say it's something that I didn't ask for...Go to this shop at your own discretion people. 04/06/24

    I was here last year to fix my timing chain for a Nissan juke. The owner, Mr. Al, was very pleasant and took his time to explain the technicalities and why the price was a little high. Replacement was done, although the vehicle kept tripping with timing chain errors. I came back and he worked with me on it. Fast forward to today. I bring in my toyota camry 2020 Se for a hub bearing/wheel bearing Replacement. Tell him, am bringing my parts since his quote was a little high for parts. He agrees, tells me it's a 3hr labor job. He starts the repair at 11am. An hour later his wife calls that car is ready. I get there and try to do less than a minute test drive. Her attitude is very unprofessional and non-customer friendly, seeming like I would run off without paying, I Even offered to drop my driver's license and the fact that I have done business here before, but oh no, her treatment was very poor, seeming like am a thief that would run off without paying. Patronizing black owned businesses in these parts is just a waste of time because you will surely get the worst treatment. They make me pay for 3hrs labor for a 1hr job and a $15 hazard fee for both worn hubs which I took back. The noise stopped, but I requested for picture evidence of the Replacement, Hopefully that is real. I withdrew my previous 5-star, because clearly customer service is zero. I would only recommend if you have to deal directly with Mr. Al. The so-called manager wife, clearly needs to employ someone who won't suspect every female that comes in as a thief with a great customer friendly attitude.

Customers is not always right, so the one thing that you not gonna do is to come into my business and disrespect me. First thing you should be really embarrassed to even say that you left your car for 2 years at my place of business and we still have it. We are Not a storage company. . Second you should be thankful that we still had the car and not even charge you storage fee. Do some research after 30 days the car is considered abandon. And the sign in the shop says $15 a day. When it comes to fixing your car YOU are responsible for YOUR car we fix what you say fix, it’s just like going to the dealership. As to your battery if a car is sitting for so long yes you will need a new one and who do you expect to give you one. Any how we have been fixing your car for years so we have been doing something right all those years. The one thing we stand behind is if you pay to have a service done and it’s not fix or not working right we always make sure the problem is fix. But we thank you for the years of business and best wishes to the next mechanic shop that you go too.Choice Auto Service LLC The owner

This is call harassment on all levels. You came in to my business requesting something THAT WAS NEVER DONE AND WILL NEVER BE DONE. Your attitude from the time you step good in the door was short coming. First we went above and beyond to help you with something that we no longer do which is bringing your own parts, so that should have been a plus.
