By far the worst Bank Period4-2 when i went to deposit the check, 4-4 when i found out it was deposited into someone elses account, 4-5 is when i got my money
. update so after I had a problem with the Banker depositing my check into the wrong account it took more then 24 hours and 3 visits to get my money Now my account is in the negative for the 608.97cent how how how i swear this bank do not appreciate our business im definitely at a lost for words and my check will be deposited and they going to steal my money again.. im thinking the bankers are stealing bc how does this happen
none of the bankers give a damn is what bothered me the most

Customer Service bar at this branch is in hell.. I went inside and deposit a check on the 4/2 on 4/4 I went back inside the bank to see why the check wasnt deposited. the lady made a mistake deposit my check in someone else account understandable things happen i was told the funds would be available in a few hours funds wasnt deposited so I went back to the bank to see after calling no answer I was told that the funds would be ready at 5 I was venting to the lady how this a big inconvenience and she just smiled and kept saying I understand without even listening to me Now im here on Friday sill no funds worse bank worse customer service very disappointed.. please keep in mind im doing all this on the job i have to make up all the time im missing
now it been 30 minutes and still now money i started getting louds now a lady i never seen come out the office to call the police they will prove you then call for help just sad avoid this bank location or bank all together

Saturdays is the worse. I thought it was just 2 or maybe 3 Saturdays. But, every Saturday one Clerk and the manager in the back while you have a line in drive thru and the inside. This doesn't make any sense can somebody please fix this. I need to go to another bank, because this is unacceptable.

SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! The process is always different depending on the teller and my company does the same transactions repeatedly. If not for my company doing business with them I would never use them and I DEFINITELY don't recommend them. When I arrived it was only 3 people in from of me. It ended up being 7 people behind me. 3 bankers walked past us and 1 of the 3 previously was just looking out the window. I'm going to ask my company if we could start using another bank because this is RIDICULOUS! I stood in line and was asked to step out of the line so they could help someone else..... Our courier has had the same issue. I was told that they were going to work on my cashier's check but the lady started helping the drive through customers that arrived after me. I will be submitting this to truist corporate as well.
