DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR UHAUL RESERVATION! My total for the reservation was 72.96. They purposely overcharged me to make UHAUL pay out the difference, then lied & said it was just the hold on the card. I talked to UHAUL and they said there was a refund for the difference processed the same day. Meaning, he knew it wasnt a hold & purposely overcharged me so he could keep the difference. Dont trust the people. They are ignorant thieves.

Dont come here with any sense of esperance. Im famished from waiting so long with no updates. Dropped off at 1:45pm. They said itd be a couple hours. The hour is now 5:25pm and counting. (Official time of completion was 6:14pm. He mumbled some jibber jabber and dropped my keys in my hands like my time didnt count. No apologies, no NOTHING. Just a big nappy headed capital N!) Why 90% of N-words move so slow even while being paid? Well, when I came yesterday, he stated he didnt know I had an appointment. Said something about not checking a tablet (ok so they dont check their money?!). Today, however, the same guy is at the counter eating KFC. Two guys are sitting down eating some as well. All 3 looked unhealthy, but out of the 3, one was so large he consumed an entire bench. He tried to excuse me (encourage me to leave since there was no where to sit) by stating, well, its gonna be a couple hours (were currently at 2.5hrs). So, although I walked 4 miles this morning, I went ahead and walked to the nearest QT (0.6mi away) in order to not be irritated by such unprofessional, poorly presented, impolite, gluttonous, forgetful slobs. Ive been back for 30mins now. Nobody comes to the front. A customer came in, stood awhile, then left. Every person I see working behind this door moves slowly and hasnt a care in the world for their front of house. I could have helped myself to anything Id have liked around here if I were as crooked as they seem. Someone just passed by. Said, wassup man? Whatchu need? I simply replied, still WAITING I know what HE needs, however. 5 years working the outdoor lines at Chic Fi Le to learn himself some interpersonal skills. Thats one job where nobody is ever lacking, and such an embarrassing shame that theyre mostly MINORS. What major do I have to say about this place? Its on a major industrial road, and a very unattractive one at that. If you arent sent here through contract via Get Around to rent your vehicle out, then dont patronize these fools. They didnt even offer me a discount for having to come two days in a row and wait so long. Go ahead and pay Radioactive that extra little bit of money. Time is money, and so, youll still be saving regardless. They too dont have a noticeable lounge area, but theres definitely somewhere to sit both in and outside of their facilities, and theyre usually located in areas within close enough walking distance to Walmart, Ihop, Waffle House; somewhere safe! Oh, and it reeks of cannabis in here. At first I thought it was just a customer, but Im the only customer here. Yes, theyre definitely slow, and the evidence is ALL VISUAL. Just do yourself a favor and ride on past this place. Good day to you all!

I had speakers replaced, and the work was done in a timely manner, and everything was installed neatly. Was getting a reverse cam installed but it doesn't work for some reason. I have no complaints for the work that was completed. Edit: They misplaced a screw for my door panels, didn't say anything about it. Switched my license plate bolts with screws that were too small and ended up rusting out the bolt hole, they knew the screws were not going to work so they used some sticky putty type stuff, I lost the plate in a car wash because of this. They never mentioned any of this nor did they properly fix it.

They hotwired a wire from the radio to my fuse box and it drains my battery overnight. No, I would not recommend this place to anyone!
