Please do not ship with this company. They lost four shipments for me. Nobody can give an account for it. Please use a different shipping company. Im begging you right now. My family in Jamaica does not have food because of these people. And they do not care about your shipment. All they do is send emails back-and-forth if they wouldnt even pick up the phone and call The other warehouses, so that they could check for the shipments please do not use this company I already called you and you said at this point, you dont know where my shipment is, so why Im going to call you again so My family has no Christmas because of your company you dont know where my barrel went But it didnt end up in Jamaica Its so my family has no Christmas this year Because of your company again

I recently used this company to ship items to Trinidad . From start to finish, everything was smooth. I followed their instructions, had large items shipped directly to them, i went to make sure items i shipped to them arrived, they packed and shipped to Trinidad . Approximately 3 weeks later, items were in Trinidad . Picked up from customs a week later. I will definitely use them again. Professional. Courteous.

I found this company at this year Jerk Festival in Georgia, and I decided to give them a try. Upon making contact, I asked how long it would take for the barrels to reach Guyana, and they said three weeks. I was happy because I was going home and I would be able to receive my barrels while in the country. They picked up the barrels up on September 5th. I went home on September 19th. I returned back to the States on Oct 2nd, and all now, the barrels have not reached. I called many times, and all I got was the run around. My family called the company from Guyana, and people are rude to them and disrespectful. I can't get an answer where my barrels are. I pray when and if my family does receive the barrels, all the items are there.
