I contacted Reliable Quality Home Inspections and spoke directly with Mr. Jean Casseus about doing a home inspection. Mr. Casseus explained in precise details what was included in the inspection. I was impressed because while he and I talked he pulled up the property online so that he was able to give the best quote. After contacting 3 other home inspection companies, I selected Reliable Quality Home Inspections. On the day of the inspection, I was able to meet Mr. Casseus at the house. He was very friendly and professional. As we walked through the house, he explained his findings and the pictures he had taken. Mr. Casseus was patient and answered every question in detail that I had. After receiving his detailed report, and based on his thorough inspection and explanations, I did not purchase the house. I assured Mr. Casseus I definitely would contact him and Reliable Quality Home Inspections I found another home I wanted to purchase. Updated 9/21/23 As I stated in my previous post, that I would contact Mr. Casseus if I found another home I wanted to purchase. On September 18th, I did just that. Mr. Casseus inspected the home the very next day. Once again his inspection and report was extremely detailed and informative. This time, I was unable to meet Mr. Casseus at the property to discuss his findings and to see the issues in person. However, I did contact Mr. Casseus and he patiently answered every question I had. And once again based on his detailed inspection, I did not purchase the home. As my search continues, I will definitely call Mr. Casseus / Reliable Quality Home Inspections again for the next and hopefully last inspection.
