Let me say that the workers were fantastic. They were very kind. I felt like the hotel was also operating as a homeless shelter. The guest looked homeless and seemed to be having a hard time in life. The mentally ill homeless were sneaking into the hotel. There were people entering the hotel grounds and trying to streal high-end cars. One of the guests had to have her $150, 000 car towed away. They destroyed the dashboard board. The car would not start. I did not feel safe as a strange man tried to follow me to my room. The room decor consisted of an orange plastic seat. I'm certain this Hilton was being paid to take in the homeless. This is a zero star junk place. Don't stay there.

Do not stay here I came in town for a memorial service and I stayed at this location from March 14-18. During our stay we had no hot water the entire stay. The front desk manager Derrick was not sympathizing of the situation, we were not able to shower the entire stay which was very inconvenient on top of that the hotel was under renovation which also wasn't stated on the website so no amenities could be use. Had I known this I would not have stayed there and the kicker was on the last morning there was a fire in the hotel. People had to evacuate at 6am and at no time did Hilton try to make this right I would caution anyone do not stay at this hotel it was a horrible experience, the worst I ever had Do not stay here don't waste your money I gave them a 1 star because I couldn't give them a 0 @hilton

There is renovation going on, so the rooms are new and I didn't hear any noise. It's right next to the StoneCrest Mall. I'm satisfied.
