This is my second attempt at adding this review to commend the staff at T-Mobile on Panola Road. I work in the retail industry as well and know the importance of providing excellent customer service. Well, that is exactly what I received after my Note-10 plus was stolen at work. I had the pleasure to meet and work with Nyne, Antwon, and Kim during my first visit. All three of them were AMAZING!!!!! They answered all my questions and showed me different options for a new phone. I wasn't ready to make a decision that night because I needed to process all the awesome information they provided. I returned to the store two days later looking for my A-Team but they had already left for the day. Jarrell and Bobby were the two employees I worked with that night and they also provided excellent service. I am extremely happy with my new phone and T-Mobile should be proud of their staff at this location!!!!!! :-)

receive my replacement phone. Wasn't sure how to transfer all my information from the old phone to the new.. The gut that assisted me was excellent. Great customer service extremely patient really appreciate that. I believe he was a supervisor or assistant manager. Unfortunately I can't recall his name. But the service was out of this world wishe is rare now a days. .

The store manager Kassian is one of the most unprofessional people I have encountered. He entered the store with an unenthusiastic demeanor. The team is seemed over worked, and they treat their customers as if they dont exist. I waited for an hour to upgrade my phone only to be told there was no need to upgrade from iPhone 14 to 15 (Im sure Apple would love that one) He then dismissed me from his store from there and I left without accomplishing anything. Dont visit this store if you have an option.
