Would only ever return to this store if I had no other choice. Walked in this location today 2 men working, one younger (tall with dreads), one older (Justin Assistant Mgr). Justin spoke (I believe), the other one, not a word, even though he was closer to me than Justin was. Picked up the Air Force Ones asked Justin about the off white shoe strings. Justin told me the shoes strings were off white because of COVID and alot of merchandise is just sitting around, but he also said the color of the shoe strings was always off white. I told him i had been buying AF!s for over 20 years and the shoe strings were not always off white. He kept repeating that AF1s are the cheapest shoes Nike makes...LOL what?? we know that is not true! I asked if he could get another pair, he told me they would all look the same, I said ok, I appreciate you telling me. He brings the other pair back and it was indeed not the same, shoes strings had a snag and they just didn't look good, at all. I commented and he goes on to tell me again how AF1s are the cheapest shoes Nike makes and there is merchandise just sitting and that's what happened to the shoes...while he was talking, I was taking note of his demeanor and his attitude. i knew he was WRONG, just sounded ridiculous. I politely repacked the shoes, said a few words, and left. Hard to believe he is an Assistant Manager. While I was in the store, a man holding a baby walked in and actually said, "So ya'll don't greet people in this store?" Pathetic. Spend your money elsewhere. I went to champs, greeted when I walked in the door, bought the same AF1s and the customer service was great. By the way, Nike "updated" the AF1s, which is why the shoes strings and the soles are off white...giving the name, Triple White. LOL...it's called product knowledge Justin.
