It's okay. Transactions go through as quickly as you can expect for a given currency. It sends info about each to you over text message so you know what it's status is and a link to a URI where you can monitor it's progress.
But it has quite a bit of cons as well. It has a $1000 lifetime limit tied to your phone number. There's a $56 minimum per transaction. The value of fees assessed is quite high and aren't plainly obvious how much you will end up with. I deposited $300 worth of cash and despite using BCH, only ended up with about $270 worth of crypto. Plenty of mainstream coins aren't supported, but hundreds of obscure altcoins that few are interested in are.
If crypto wants to be mainstream, then these sky high minimums need to be addressed. I'd use it only if you are trying to move money out of crypto expediently. If you're just trying to convert cash to crypto, you're better off loading your cash into a gift card and depositing that.
