I will never use this company again. This guy is only after money. I was charged 1750.00 for an erosion. This guy adjusted my sprinkler system without telling me. I opened up the door and saw what he was doing. I thought he was going to set the timer. He told me he will not honor my warranty because I told him to readjust my system back to the way it was. He told me he would charge me 100.00 dollars to come back out the adjust the sprinklers. This is the most unprofessional company ever! Response: This owner said free work?? Free work for what? You adjust my sprinkler system without my permission. I asked you are you going to charge me a fee for turning them off. Thats when I said no, turn my sprinklers back on. You took it upon yourself to touch my sprinklers without my permission. You turned my sprinklers on on the day you brought the contract. We both looked at the sprinklers and they pointed to where the sprinklers could water the area. At that time you only turned on the system at the control box and did not have to make any manual adjustments to my sprinklers. Are you not remembering the situation?? Are you delusional?? You brought the contract to my home on December 16, 2022. I hired you to do the job on December 23, 2022, not April 2023. I have never needed your services for April 2023. I have every text message and there is never anything about April 2023. I wrote you a check on December 16, 2022 for the amount listed in the contract. I am a responsible homeowner and I paid you up front what you required with no problem and paid you upfront prior to you turning off my sprinklers. The quotes were given prior to you turning my sprinkler system off. I paid you with checks instead of cash. You had listed in your contract to pay with cash. You were really delusional to think i would give you cash and you still havent provided my invoice. Up date sand installed washed out and sod has seperated. I paid 1,750.00 for his services. The owner and this company is not reputable. Customers be aware of the poor quality and nonresponsiveness of this company. Service: Sod installation

I have been in the 'green industry' for the past 36 years. I am now strictly a landscape designer. As such, I choose to only work with the most professional landscapers in the middle Georgia area. I have been working with Braydon and Sothern Blades for a long time on many different projects. Not once have I ever heard anything negative about Braydon from any of our clients. I never hesitate to recommend Southern Blades to client, knowing that they will be well taken care of. I highly recommend Braydon and Southern Blades Landscaping.

I came home last night to water coming up from my water meter in the front yard. I just sent out an SOS on facebook and have never met Braydon but he reached out and said that he would come cut the water off last night if I needed him to. Since I needed water to get ready for work, I just opted to let it run. He showed up at daylight and had my busted pipe fixed quickly and efficiently. I could not be more happy with the service I rcv'd. I have actually requested a lawn maintenance quote from them because of the promptness, kindness & efficiency. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! Thank you so much Braydon for being so prompt and efficient! Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance
