Do not rent from this place. The customer service is horrendous. When my husband and I walked in we immediately said hello to the 2 men that were standing in the office. No reponse, dead pan. "How are you doing" ... nothing.. My husband and I looked each other and thought, umm should we just turn around and leave.. who needs this energy. We proceeded to request our rental car that we booked online through Costco. I wanted to pay with a debit card, and use my own insurance, the agent proceeds to tell me that I have to call my insurance company to verify my insurance. (never ever had to do that at any other car rental place, and I have rented a lot of places, just never Budget). Lastly, the car he had for us was not in the class of service I booked. I took it as a sign and looked at my husband and we decided.... we will NOT be ever renting from this place or any future Budget car rentals.
