This was a first time visit for me. From the first call to make an appointment to walking out the door, the front office staff were welcoming and accommodating. April, my hygienist, was very knowledgeable, skilled, efficient and friendly. I like getting to know the people working toward my good health and April made that conversation flow comfortably well. Really great attitude! Dr. Kellams was attentive, thorough, and quick to make a confident assessment (without being patronizing), which I truly appreciate. Good first visit! Thank you to the staff at Pure Smiles for that. Follow up: 4/6/24 - Another great visit! I love this place and all the staff are wonderful, caring people and take into consideration any conditions that are out of the norm (for instance, I cannot be in a completely flat position) and work around them without complaint or attitude. Highly recommend!
