        Rarely answers his phone. Doesnt follow through on requests. As a business owner, I understand that workload and scheduling can get hectic. If so, its always best to be upfront with the client about that. I needed a few things done that were time sensitive and I didnt like the service I received. But I will never leave a 1-star on a small business. Im sure hes a great agent other than this small hiccup.
