This place management is horrible. Do not apply. You will pay $275 just to receive an email with no explanation.

Just moved in a few weeks ago Devyne was very easy to work with and very helpful excellent customer service. We looked at a few apartments which helped me make a decision. Despite some of the comments I have had none of the issues I see listed nor any sign of bugs, or mold in my unit. Although I have had several issues nothing major all are being addressed in a timely manner. Jeff the maintenance service rep has handled each issue and done an excellent job, Jeff is very detail oriented. The staff at Colton Creek has been very friendly and helpful. I love my apartment it's very nice and spacious and the neighborhood is nice. Ms Heather has also been a big help with the parking situation. Overall feeling very positive about my experience.

Ladies in office are rude I came in for a tour & they did not greet or acknowledge me at all you literally have to approach them to speak to somebody . Which makes no sense they are stuck up & the apt are not even in that level yea no thank you

Dear Colton Creek Apartments Management, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express a concern regarding the current rent payment policy and to request consideration for implementing a grace period for residents at Colton Creek Apartments. As a resident of Colton Creek Apartments, I appreciate the efforts made by the management to maintain the community and ensure a positive living experience for all tenants. However, I would like to address an issue regarding the current rent payment deadline. Currently, rent is due on the 1st of each month, with late fees being applied on the 2nd. Research shows, on average, complexes in the community of McDonough, GA offer residents a grace period until the 3rd of the month. Colton Creek claims evictions are filed soon after the first and they don't offer grace periods for this reason, but the GA law proves that to be untrue. While I understand the importance of timely rent payments, this policy leaves no margin for any unforeseen circumstances or mishaps that may occur, such as delays in paycheck deposits, banking issues, or unexpected emergencies, etc. I believe that implementing a reasonable grace period for rent payments would greatly benefit residents and demonstrate understanding and flexibility from the management. By allowing residents a brief period beyond the 1st to submit their rent payments without incurring late fees, you would alleviate unnecessary stress and financial burden, ultimately fostering a more positive relationship between residents and management. Moreover, providing a grace period can contribute to resident retention by accommodating tenants who may occasionally face challenges meeting the strict deadline, thereby promoting a sense of goodwill and loyalty within the community. I respectfully request that you consider implementing a grace period for rent payments at Colton Creek Apartments, and I am confident that such a change would be welcomed by many residents. Thank you for taking the time to consider this request. I believe that by working together, we can continue to improve the living experience for all residents at Colton Creek Apartments.
