I love Alta Bridges. All the units are spacious and BRAND NEW! The ladies at the leasing office were so amazing. I'm such an indecisive person, but Jessica helped me find the perfect unit for me and my son and we couldn't be any happier. I'm so glad Jessica was there to offer me peace of mind. She is the best! UPDATE: Now that Ive been living here for almost a year I can give a full and honest review. Just like any new property its so beautiful in the beginning, but as time goes by you get to see who your neighbors are. Just above me is a couple who has a small child. I work remote and Im assuming they do as well because I can hear them stomping and making noise all throughout the day from sun up to sun down. Ive made a few formal complaints, but bottom line the apartment are built with not so great flooring. If noise is a deal breaker for you consider living somewhere else. Just below me is a younger couple who typically argues in the middle of the night. Because the walls are thin I can hear everything and theyve kept me up at night more than a few times from the yelling, loud music, etc. Lastly, beside me is a dog owner who walks his dog and leaves the poop bags at his front door instead of disposing them correctly and yes this is during the summer time so you can imagine the smell. Like other reviews the trash does pile up and it does sit by the gate, but thats mostly on weekends because the garbage guy is off on weekends and or holidays (Friday/Saturday). Parking is becoming tighter than usual as well so just keep in mind that you might have to park/walk a little further to get to your door. Just be careful when walking to or from your car because people do speed in the neighborhood. I will say that, the apartment complex itself is beautiful especially the amenities and the ladies at the leasing office have been consistently trying to provide a great experience, however other factors such as location, neighbors, cleanliness, noise etc. does bring the value down FOR ME.

Extremely unprofessional! especially if you have a problem such as reporting speeders in the neighborhood. (Cuts you off while speaking if it's something they don't want to hear) #NO ACCOUNTABILITY Tabatha walks around mean mugging people who have been nothing but kind and respectful towards her. The Big Bones black queen does nothing but gossip about other residents and what they have going on, and cuts you off when you are reporting an issue. Chronic speeds! Be sure to look both ways at least twice prior to exiting your parking spot. I'm still puzzled on how someone drove into a stationary gate Dog bathing room is always dirty Cameras aren't effective. Individuals tamper with vehicles Trash compact is always overfill to the street Quick to send out rent reminders, but struggles to send out rules and standards for their property They are approving anyone for an apartment these days. It's a beautiful property that has potential, but they need help with customer service and property management.

Not Satisfied. Moving into a new apartment complex, you are usually always satisfied because the new place is better than the place you just left. My move in experience was great. Everyone appeared friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, after living at the new place for awhile, you notice they are all the same. Those friendly faces now have attitudes and all those promises apartment standards during the original showing of the apartment are nonexistent. After just 1 month my AC had to be repaired. It took several phone calls before anything was done about it. Having an apartment that is sitting at 90 degrees in July is not a pleasant feeling for myself or my dog. Now at 3 months the pictures below are examples of common offenses; trash buildup, paw spa unkept, dog waste not being picked up, and pool closure for repairs. When notifying the office staff they often cut you off or dismiss the issue. I had high expectations for Alta Bridges . The layout is beautiful but overall it is just like all the other apartments but with a steeper price. Overall, I am not satisfied.
