        After multiple calls to schedule and reschedule a service date. Representative, Steen answered the call! She was wonderful. It was comforting to simple state the issue and get the solution. She easily addressed my concerns, navigated the issues and finalized the service location. Unfortunately, the other representatives were not as attentive. Steen sets a beautiful example in customer service. Service: Auto windshield replacement
